How these calculations work

Our research shows that a quarter of employees could save 2 hours a week with better HR tech. We’ve taken a more conservative view, and calculated the above based on a quarter of employees saving just 30 minutes a week. It’s calculated based on a 40-hour work week and the median wage as provided by the Bureau of Labor Statistics in the United States. Our research also tells us that HR can save as much as 20% of the time they spend on admin tasks. We’ve cut that to just 5%.

Time spent on HR Admin

‘HR admin’ in this case refers to the small everyday tasks that slowly eat into an HR team’s day, reducing their output and productivity.
