Being a Senior Technical Writer at Applaud has been a really positive experience. The culture’s great,  there’s a lot of trust, and the team is genuinely awesome to work with. Management is forward-thinking and open to new ideas. There’s a good work-life balance, and the flexibility here makes it even better!

I get to be part of shaping features that our customers use and enjoy every day. I especially love our hackathons; they’re the perfect chance to spitball ideas, experiment, and watch those ideas grow into real features in the product. There’s nothing better than seeing something you dreamed up in a brainstorming session come to life.
